Taking opulence to new heights the luxurious interiors at Mayfair Park Residences are the work of internationally-renowned interior design practice Jouin Manku. The residential development, located in the prestigious London district of Mayfair, is comprised of several spacious penthouse apartments which sit atop a private swimming pool, spa and gymnasium. To gauge the level of luxury on offer here the apartment prices currently range between 4 and 24 million pounds. Interestingly this was a project I was commissioned to photography both at the initial phase of construction to provide backdrops for the visualisations and again later upon its completion. The interior photography took place over a single day and covered the penthouse apartment featured below along with the underground spa area.

For those interested in the building itself, the project juxtaposes several Georgian facades with classical proportions against a modern third building crafted using white travertine stone. The project was designed by London based architectural studio PLP Architecture for super-prime property developer Clivedale.
