Belmont House Uxbridge

Architectural photographs of TP Bennett's Belmont House located in Uxbridge Town Centre.

Now re-branded simply as Belmont, the site was originally occupied by a 1980s office block known as Belmont House. Rather than replacing the existing building entirely the facade was stripped back to its original concrete frame so work could begin on its regeneration. The modernisation was carried out by TP Bennett Architects for Aviva Investors and features the addition of an extra floor to cater for more office space.

This selection of architectural photographs were commissioned by the client Taylor Maxwell and document the Corium panels which cover the facade. Corium is a cladding system which uses genuine brick panels to replace traditional masonry, it is often used on sites where speed of installation is required.
